Welcome to Meal Plan Monday! Every Monday I like to share 5 great ideas for weeknight meals. I get the ideas from recipes that were shared at the previous week's Craft Frenzy Friday party. Sorry this post is SOOO late today! My family and I had off for President's Day, and I spent much of the day at the beach with my family and close friends. We sat on the beach, ate Korean tacos and even had ice cream! The kids built sand castles and rolled up their pants to wade into the ocean. At 50°, the weather wasn't like summer, but it was a pretty warm day for February! Here are the Continue reading...

This shop has been compensated by Collective Bias, Inc. and The Coca-Cola Company. All opinions are mine alone. #ReadyForKickoff #CollectiveBias I love holding mini get-togethers with family and friends. When I have people over for a kickoff or a big game, I like to serve a bunch of appetizers. But my hubby and I and many of our friends are trying to eat healthier, especially since the New Year. I don't want to tempt everyone with food that will break New Year's Resolutions. I love chipotle peppers and adobo sauce, so I came up with a chipotle-flavored appetizer for Continue reading...
