I am not always the healthiest eater, but this month, I am pledging to adopt a heart-healthier diet and lifestyle, with help from Campbell Soup Company. In partnership with the American Heart Association, and in honor of American Heart Month (February), Campbell Soup Company is holding the Address Your Heart with Campbell’s Pinterest sweepstakes!
Through the Address Your Heart with Campbell’s Pinterest sweepstakes, consumers can get tips on how to make heart-healthy lifestyle choices and have a chance to win daily prizes — from heart-healthy products to bakeware and kitchen utensils. Heart-Healthy with Campbell’s Soup
I’ve been a fan of Campbell’s soup ever since I was a kid — I’ve always loved Campbell’s Vegetarian Vegetable Alphabet Soup! I used to adore eating those ABC’s! These days, I can promote my own heart health and help prevent heart disease by choosing Campbell’s Healthy Request® Vegetarian Vegetable Soup, which has been certified by the American Heart Association. Heart disease is the leading cause of death in women in the United States, so it’s something to take seriously! The certification from the American Heart Association lets me know that my favorite Vegetarian Vegetable soup is a heart healthy choice! I also enjoy Campbell’s Healthy Request® Tomato Soup, which is my kids’ favorite!
As a blogger who works from home, it’s hard to stay disciplined and stick to foods that promote heart health. If I am not careful, I find myself snacking on cookies and treats! (Especially if I don’t stock the fridge and pantry with healthy foods.)
So for lunch, I like to heat up a bowl of Campbell’s Healthy Request® Vegetarian Vegetable or Tomato Soup and pair it with a spinach salad. That way, I know that I will have a healthy meal that will not only fill me up, but do my body good! The soup also helps me to warm me up on chilly February afternoons!
