Hello- I was just reading your article in regards to the roof problem and I too have the same problem, a bad wind took that same piece from our house. Would you happen to have the name and number of your handyman, i would love for him to come by and fix ours. We also have a small leak that maybe he would be able to address.
Thanks so much
Kelly

Hi — are you located in NJ? I used Mr. Handyman of NE Monmouth County: http://www.mrhandyman.com/local-handyman-service/nj/ne-monmouth-county.aspx

Hi Lauren, I was just reading your how-to on hanging a puzzle without a frame. I used to mod-Podge my puzzles but I decided I didn’t like the sheen or texture disrupting the natural puzzle lines. So then I started taping the back but I’ve only used masking tape because I would put them in frames anyway. This time I have one that I would prefer not have a frame and I was concerned about the tape sagging over time or with temperate and humidity changes. I think the duct tape would definitely be better for a frameless puzzle than just masking tape, but then it dawned on me…. ALUMINUM tape!!! I used to do aircraft battle damage repair when I was in the military. We used aluminum tape on some of the smaller damages just to restore aerodynamics but this stuff is STRONG and will definitely not sag over time, regardless of temp or humidity. It’s a little pricier than duct tape but definitely worth it for this project (and many others). It’s available in different thicknesses as well. Anyway, I just thought I’d mention that if you want to give it a try! Best of luck!
