Have you ever seen the TLC series, My Big Fat Fabulous Life (#MyBigFatFabLife)? I just started watching My Big Fat Fabulous Life on TLC recently, and I just love it! Whitney Thore, the star of the show, is so lovable and fun to watch! My Big Fat Fabulous Life show documents the young 30-something’s struggle with her weight and how she navigates through life while weighing about 300 pounds. I don’t have the weight problem that Whitney has, but like Whitney, I have Polycystic Ovarian Syndrome (PCOS) and hypothyroidism, both of which may have contributed to the weight gain I’ve had over the past few years. I am now working to get into shape and work off some pounds! (Especially since I may have to fit into a bridesmaid’s dress in a few months – yikes!) Whitney has been a great inspiration! So, being the DIY/home decor nut that I am, I am happy to see that just working around the house can help me shed a few pounds!

You are more dedicated to me! Grass cutting is my hubby’s job! But, I am in charge of weeding, pruning and I do help do the mulching, etc… which can be a lot of work, too! I am actually looking forward to working outside on some nice spring days in the near future!!
