It’s not quite spring yet, but I have been in spring cleaning mode already! I’ve been cleaning my home and doing what I can to make everything fresher and cleaner for my family! I am new to using laundry conditioners and scent enhancers in my family’s laundry. In the past, I didn’t give much focus to the laundry — it was just something to get done! But this spring, I’m hoping to improve my game and make everything at home the best it can be. Using my new Snuggle products is super easy — I just add the fabric softener to the fabric softener dispenser in my washer, and I can toss the Snuggle Scent Boosters® into the washer drum with the laundry.
Snuggle® at Sam’s Club
My family and I love to curl up together under some plush, warm throws on the couch and take in a movie together. I just got my Sam’s Club membership and am looking forward to using my membership to do some smart and thrifty shopping! The Snuggle products were easy to find at the back of the store where the laundry products are sold.
No More Lost Socks
Socks constantly get separated in my house, so I came up with an easy fix so socks won’t get lost in the wash! I already owned a few laundry mesh bags, so I decided to customize a laundry mesh bag for each family member! Each family member will have a mesh bag customized with a fabric in their favorite color. When they put their clothes into the hamper, each family member can put their socks in their own mesh bag, so the socks won’t get lost in the rest of the laundry!
The below photo shows the first customized laundry mesh bag I made. I customized this mesh bag by simply using my sewing machine to sew on a strip of fabric on the bottom of the mesh bag. One of my daughters has her eye on this bag, so this one is going to be her mesh laundry sock bag!

Straight Pins
To make my customized mesh sock laundry bag, I first pinned and sewed an about 1-inch hem on the short sides of my fabric.
Sewing the hems was a quick job with my sewing machine.
I then folded over each hem again and sewed them down, so I would have clean edges on my fabric.
I repeated these steps on the long edges of the fabric, measuring to make the fabric strip the same length as my mesh laundry bag.
Then I pinned my completed strip of fabric to the bottom of my mesh laundry bag.
After I sewed around all the edges of the fabric strip, my sock mesh laundry bag was complete! My daughter can’t wait to start using her new sock laundry bag!
My daughter won’t have to worry about her socks getting lost in the laundry anymore! Plus, now that I am washing her socks with Snuggle® Ultra Blue Sparkle fabric conditioner and Blue Iris Bliss® Snuggle Scent Boosters®, her socks will be so soft and will smell extra good, too!
