I love my Mohawk Home area rug so much that I’ve created a whole new design for my living room around my beautiful chevron Mohawk Home rug. I already created some throw pillows for the sofa (out of cloth placemats — the tutorial for those pillows will be up on the blog soon!) and I am about to order fabric to make curtains that will coordinate with my gorgeous Mohawk Home rug. Check back at Mom Home Guide to see my new living room pillows and curtains! I will also be looking to add either a coffee table or floor poufs/footrests for the sofa, and possibly two end tables and a reading lamp. A Rug for Every Room
I love my new Mohawk Home Rug so much, that I’d really like to get Mohawk Home rugs for other rooms in my house! My kitchen has less-than-exciting laminate flooring (that I wish I could replace) in it, so I’d love to jazz it up with a beautiful Mohawk Home rug! My kitchen has a beautiful farmhouse-style table and a Thomasville-style china cabinet in it. I am thinking that the Becker area rug by Mohawk home would go just perfectly in the space! 
The greens in the rug would complement the colors in my kitchen curtains, and the contemporary pattern would liven up the room! 
For my home’s master bedroom (which hasn’t been featured yet on the blog!), I would love the Simpatico area rug by Mohawk Home. The serene beige and white pattern would go with the soothing greens in my master bedroom, which features a beautiful spindle bed by Thomasville, as well as simple Shaker-style cherry furniture. 
My home’s family room could use a rug in front of the sofa — my family and I tend to sit on the floor instead of the sofa, so a soft rug would be awesome! I think the Mohawk Home tropical acres rug would lend a fun vibe to the room.
