I participated in the Pass The Puffs blog program as a member of One2One Network. I received compensation but all opinions are my own.
This has been a rough cold and flu season here in the Philadelphia area! In fact, this has been of the toughest flu seasons, according to the CDC. A few cold viruses have already been through my home this season — which means a lot of raw and sore red noses in my house! That is why I always like to have a few boxes of Puffs Plus Lotion tissues in my home! The combination of the tissues’ softness and skin-protecting lotion is just want my family needs to feel our best during flu and cold season.
I am someone who could use Puffs Plus Lotion year round! With my year-round allergies, I am always reaching for a tissue! So it’s important to me to do what I can to protect my skin and avoid getting that all-too-obvious sign of a runny nose — that spot of raw, red skin beneath the nose! Ouch!
With the harshness of this year’s flu and cold season, it’s no wonder that Puffs Plus Lotion is Philadelphia’s favorite lotion tissue! Here in the Philadelphia area, the brutal single-digit temperatures this winter have been brutal to the skin! Puffs is the only national brand that is dermatologist tested to be gentle on one’s skin. I love that Puffs Plus Lotion has shea butter, aloe and vitamin E, which are all great for curing some of the ills that winter and colds/the flu can bring!
Cold & Flu Tips
Whenever a cold virus hit my family’s home this winter, we were lucky enough that it didn’t spread from one family member to another. I think part of the reason the virus didn’t spread is because I encourage my family to take these steps when they are sick:
– Wash Hands Often
– Cover nose and mouth when coughing or sneezing
– Avoid touching eyes, nose and mouth
– Disinfect household surfaces frequently.
(Admittedly, I am the one who does the disinfecting part — but you get the point!)
Here’s hoping that these tips will help your family to stay well this winter!
