Pier 1 Imports Marble Ring Dish & ERTH TU Y YO Ring
I was happy to receive the beautiful Pier 1 Imports Marble Ring Dish (retail $14.99). FabFitFun subscribers like me already received a beautiful ring dish in the Fall 2017 FabFitFun box. I appreciate the dish, though, as I like to keep ring dishes around the house. (I like to take off my rings when cleaning or washing dishes, etc.)
One of my choices for the box was the ERTH TU Y YO Ring (retail $55). I love its simple design, the 14K gold finish and the two freshwater pearls. This will be a ring I’ll wear often.
Foreo Luna Fofo
I look forward to using the FOREO Luna fofo (retail Value $89). This is a brand-new product from FOREO, and FabFitFun subscribers are the first ones to try it out! This pulsating facial cleansing brush is powered by a AAA battery and is designed to deep clean your face. The sensors on the back of the brush and its Bluetooth technology are designed to work with a FOREO app you can download. The app will use data gathered from the sensors so your brush can deliver a customized cleansing plan for you. I haven’t tried out my brush yet, but I plan to tonight! I love the cute shape, color and size of this handy device.
Tarte Tarteist PRO to go palette & sex kitten liquid liner
This combo (retail value $43) was one of my choices in my FabFitfun box. I am a big Tarte makeup fan, and almost exclusively use their products! The Tarte Tarteist PRO to go palette is perfect for me, as it includes the shades that I most often wear. The size of the palette will be perfect for tossing in my overnight bag when I travel this summer.
I wore the sex kitten liquid liner today. I used to use a liquid liner when I was younger, but haven’t used one for years. The sex kitten liquid liner worked OK for me, but I need some practice. I usually use an eyeliner pencil that I smudge to line my eyes. I am not used to the bolder look of a liquid liner.
I am debating whether to gift the linter to my daughter (who’d love it) or keep it for myself. But so far, I haven’t found a Tarte product that I don’t like.
Aromatherapy Associates De-Stress Muscle Gel
Made with essential oils, the Aromatherapy Associates De-Stress Muscle Gel (retail $39) is designed to cool aches and soothe tired muscles. I frequently have achy muscles, so I really appreciate this gel. Plus, it smells great!
The COOLA Face Sport SPF 50 White Tea Moisturizer
The COOLA Face Sport SPF 50 White Tea Moisturizer (retail $32) doubles as a moisturizer. This formula is made with 70% organic ingredients and is 80-minute water resistant. I have really fair skin, and love the scent of white tea, so this is a great product for me.
Maji Sports Loop Resistance Band
As I mentioned before, I often have sore and tight (mainly leg) muscles. So I really need to work the Maji Sports Loop Resistance Band (retail $15) into my daily routine. This resistance band is portable, so hopefully I can bring it on my travels this summer. Plus, as a FabFitFun subscriber, I have access to Maji workouts.
Orlando PITA Play Atmos-Shield Hair Protectant Treatment Spray
My hair can get quite dry in the summer — especially from all the hours I spend in the pool! I am glad to have received the Orlando PITA Play Atmos-Shield Hair Protectant Treatment Spray (retail $34). The spray is said to protect hair from UV damage, heat styling tools and free radicals.
Yumi Kim Makeup Train Case
I love that this FabFitFun box comes with a cute Yumi Kim Makeup Train Case (retail $58) that I can put all my new goodies in! I’m planning to go to the Haven conference this summer (and meet my blogging friend, Carrie, of Curly Crafty Mom) and to New York’s Finger Lakes and the Niagara Falls with my family and our puppy.
The case has plenty of storage space in its two separate zippered compartments.
I’m very happy with this box — I think its contents are perfect for summer.
Give a Sip
In my box was also an eco-friendly paper straw, in support of the Wildlife Conservation Society’s Give a Sip initiative. If you pledge to forgo plastic straws at giveasip.us, they will send you a free stainless steel straw in return. It turns out that those simple plastic straws you see everywhere are often deadly for sea turtles, whales, fish,and birds. (They can mistake them for food.) I’m more than happy to give up using plastic straws to protect wildlife.
This box has so many great items! The zoo here doesn’t give out straws, because of how they are so dangerous for wildlife and animals. I got a lot of the same items as you, except for the band and muscle gel. I’m excited about the ring! I’m also planning on using the cosmetic bag on my upcoming trips.
