On Monday, I was still feeling under the weather from the cold virus I had caught the week earlier. So, I mostly took it easy for the day.

When my kids came home, I ordered a pizza and put the movie, Max 2: White House Hero, on TV.  MAX 2: White House Hero is out on Blu-ray, DVD and Blu-ray™ Combo Pack and Digital HD from Warner Bros Home Entertainment.

The new movie follows the courageous actions of hero dog Max, who is put on Secret Service detail during the visit of the Russian president to the White House. With the help of the Secret Service dog, First Son TJ (Zane Austin) and the Russian president’s daughter, Alex (Francesca Capaldi), uncover a dangerous plot that puts both countries at risk. Fans of the Disney channel will recognize Francesca Capaldi from “Dog with a Blog.”

This is a fun family movie that you will enjoy watching with your kids, and if you love dogs, you are in for a special treat! This movie was also fun to watch for its political caricature of the current Russian president, considering all that’s going on in the news these days.
