This week, I will be having bunion surgery, meaning that I will have to keep off my right foot for more than a month. With the prospect of no opportunity to exercise while my foot is healing, I am more than a little worried that I will put on some pounds during my recuperation. So, I am happy to have discovered Dannon Light & Fit Greek Tiramisu yogurt!
For those who know me, it’s no secret that I have a MAJOR sweet tooth! Therefore, it’s great that Dannon Light & Fit Greek Tiramisu yogurt tastes wonderful as a light breakfast, snack or dessert! Each 5.3 oz, Dannon® Light & Fit® Tiramisu Flavored Greek nonfat yogurt provides 12 grams of protein, 80 calories and 0% fat!
My daughters and I all had a cup of Dannon® Light & Fit® Tiramisu Flavored Greek nonfat yogurt for breakfast one morning, and loved it! (I am going to have to go out to the store and get some more!) The yogurt has real coffee powder in it, so it has a delicious coffee taste! (At least a little bit of kick — at least, I think it does!)
Greek Tiramisu Yogurt Smoothie
I love smoothies, so I decided to use a cup of Dannon® Light & Fit® Tiramisu Flavored Greek nonfat yogurt to make a super easy breakfast smoothie! This smoothie is great for non-morning people like me — the smoothie is quick and easy to make, has the perfect hint of sweetness and provides a helpful boost in the a.m.!
Ingredients
1 serving (5.3 oz.) Dannon® Light & Fit® Tiramisu Flavored Greek nonfat yogurt
1 cup ice cubes
1/2 cup water
Blender — I used my Ninja Blender
My smoothie was so easy and quick to make! All I did was take out my Ninja Blender, add 1 cup of ice cubes, a half cup of water and one package (5.3 oz.) of Dannon® Light & Fit® Tiramisu Flavored Greek nonfat yogurt, and blend it all together!
I poured the smoothie into my glass and had a deliciously sweet, low calorie drink! I will have to make some of these smoothies for myself (but not too many!) after my bunion surgery next week! I had the smoothie the morning after my husband, kids and I went to the Taylor Swift Concert in East Rutherford, NJ. (That was a FUN concert!) My delicious Greek Tiramisu yogurt smoothie was the perfect boost for my day, because I didn’t get to sleep until 2 a.m. after the concert!
