Weekly Recap

This week, my twin daughters went away for an overnight with their school band to Hershey Park in Hershey, PA. They were excited to go, but of course, I worried! They are coming home tonight, so I am looking forward to seeing them! They also had their last band concert of their middle school career on Thursday. It was a sweet, but also slightly sad milestone — I can’t believe my girls will be going to high school soon!

Earlier this week on the blog, I shared my tips for cleaning white-painted oak kitchen cabinets. I’m in the midst of painting my kitchen’s oak kitchen cabinets white, and have half of them painted so far. I’ve been making sure to keep them clean. I like the cabinet’s new bright and clean look, and want them to stay that way!

Now it’s time for the party!
