I have long been longing to update my country oak kitchen and oak cabinets – especially now that I have updated my eat-in kitchen with modern stainless steel appliances from LG and Samsung! So, I have been searching for kitchen design ideas and ways to remodel a kitchen on a budget. I came across Kitchen Magic, one of the top kitchen remodelers in the U.S. – I love how with Kitchen Magic you can reface your kitchen cabinets instead of replacing them, and can update your kitchen counters at a fraction of the cost! (Without sacrificing quality.)
My home’s kitchen
Reface Kitchen Cabinets
I really like the below remodeled kitchen by Kitchen Magic. The kitchen cabinets in this kitchen were refaced in chocolate pear, for a rich-looking custom kitchen design. I also like how the raised panel doors give the kitchen a more traditional feel, while the contemporary cabinet hardware makes the kitchen look like a more modern kitchen. Did you know that refacing cabinets saves up to 50% over new cabinets, is done in 3-5 days, and with less mess? That’s fantastic!
White Kitchen Backsplash
I love the white tile kitchen backsplash in this Kitchen Magic kitchen! White is very popular in kitchens these days. I don’t think a white kitchen (with white cabinets, etc.) would work with my home’s décor, but I like the kitchen backsplash idea in this Kitchen Magic kitchen.
The white tile backsplash really brightens up the room! I think the decorative ceramic tile in this backsplash is a nice touch. If I were to add a backsplash to my kitchen, I would maybe want to add some mosaic glass tile in various shades of white.
Cambria Countertops
One of my favorite parts of this Kitchen Magic kitchen are the Cambria Quartz countertops. If I got new countertops, I’d love to get the best countertops in terms of being eco-friendly – if I could, I would get quartz countertops since they are considered to be a more eco-friendly choice than granite.
Plus, quartz is very low maintenance, and should never scratch, crack, chip or stain. I like the white and grays in this Kitchen Magic kitchen’s quartz countertop (which is in a pattern called Bellingham). Gray is considered the “new white” in kitchen design, so I like the idea of having some gray in a kitchen – plus, gray looks great with stainless steel appliances!
Undermount Kitchen Sink
My kitchen has laminate countertops and an overmount kitchen sink, so I always worry that water from the sink will get into the countertop. I’d really like to add a stainless steel undermount sink like this one to my home’s kitchen!
Lastly, this budget kitchen remodel by Kitchen Magic has something I think any blogger — at least this one — could use: a kitchen desk! I love how this quartz kitchen desk only takes up a minimal amount of space and is so stylish!
