Welcome to the February Pinterest Challenge Blog Hop! The purpose of this hop is to motivate us to not just hoard pins, but to make it happen! For this month’s challenge, I decided to tackle a quick fix for my home’s kitchen with Peel and Stick 12-Inch Vinyl Tile. The tile shown below is similar to the tile I used.
We’ve owned our home for about 15 years, and over the years, the bottom of the cabinet under the sink has started to look not it’s best. I decided to finally tackle a Pinterest project I’ve pinned a long time ago — tiling the bottom of the cabinet with inexpensive Peel and Stick 12-Inch Vinyl Tile tile. I picked a neutral travertine style tile.
Materials
Peel and Stick 12-Inch Vinyl Tile
How to Tile Under the Sink
This is what the area under my home’s kitchen sink looked like before my project.
Didn’t it look terrible?
This is what the area under the sink looked like after installing four Peel and Stick 12-Inch Vinyl Tiles at less than $1 each.
I cut the tile to size with simple everyday scissorss.
I might finish the space out by tiling around the pipes with the extra tile that I have. (That will require some trickier cuts.) In all, this is a simple and inexpensive project that makes a big difference.

What a great idea for under the sink. We are remodeling our kitchen now and I was thinking about doing this. It came out great. #PinterestChallenge

This is such a practical and useful idea! I’ve never thought of doing this, but I’m going to pin it to keep it in mind.

Such a clever idea, Lauren! I really need to do this in our hall bathroom, I think I’ve used peel and stick vinyl under all of the other sinks in our home.

I like this idea. It makes the area under the sink look so much cleaner. It will be easier to keep clean also.
