Spring is the time of year to get your home extra clean, but I’ll be honest, cleaning has never been my favorite chore—no matter what the season! Thankfully, I’ve found a few products that make my job easier, without all the hassle.
Enzymatic Stain Cleaner
My house is filled with carpeting (sadly, I’ve been pining for easier to clean wood floors for years), which means as a dog owner, it can make keeping my home clean super difficult!
For one, there is carpeting by the back door where I take my pup outside every night; so that area is always getting messy and stained—as you can see below.
Recently, I happened to have my bottle of ACTIVE Odor & Stain Remover nearby, so I grabbed it and used it to rub out the mess; I’m happy to say that the ACTIVE cleaner got rid of the stains so quickly!
This ACTIVE spray has natural citrus oil, which smells great, for deodorizing, and when pup has an accident (which he doesn’t have as often these days), its enzymes easily clean up pet pee too.
The enzymatic cleaner can also be used on upholstery, such as on my sofa, and even on beautiful wood floors—should I ever have those (ha ha).
Toilet Bowl Cleaning Tablets
While I dislike cleaning carpeting, a chore I really try to avoid is cleaning the bathroom and scrubbing the toilet. So I also got myself some ACTIVE Automatic Toilet Bowl Cleaner. The slow-release tablets automatically sanitize the toilet with every flush, which is great.
