Thanksgiving Console Table

I can’t believe that we’re already into November — this year is flying by. I love to decorate my home for the seasons. One area I especially like to decorate in my home is my living room’s console table. The table is an unfinished console table that I stained and painted with chalk paint. I most recently decorated the console table for fall with pumpkins, lanterns and other fun fall items from Oriental Trading. 

Decorated Thanksgiving Console Table

I started my Thanksgiving console table out with some black metal lanterns and round flameless candles that I got from Oriental Trading. The ivory wax candles have a flickering LED light. I like the ambiance that the flickering candles create in my living room. I also added a DIY Decorative Pumpkin set . You can DIY these pumpkins by adding washi tape to them like my friend Carrie at Curly Crafty Mom  did (her pumpkins came out beautifully), or by painting them, but they also look great just the way they are. Maybe next year I’ll decorate mine.

The floating pumpkin candles and floating candle bowl are a lot of fun. When it starts getting dark outside earlier and the temperature drops, I think candles give a warm and cozy ambiance to the room. Not to mention that the little pumpkin candles are adorable! Oriental Trading Company has floating candles for every season, so updating the floating candle bowl will be easy.

Thanksgiving Pumpkins

Another element on my table is the gorgeous “Carved” Thanksgiving pumpkin set. 

The Thanksgiving sentiments on these pumpkins are sweet and fitting for the season.

I like adding some bling now and then to my decor, so I adore the Gold Glitter Pumpkin Votive Holders. In the votive holders I have White Battery Operated-Operated Votive Candles.

I’ve always liked barn stars, so on a door near the console table, I hung an Autumn Leaves Barn Star. I think the fall colors on this star are beautiful.

In case you are wondering, the glittery table runner I have on my console table is a  personalized burlap table runner from Oriental Trading Company. I adore monograms!
