Hi, everyone! Happy Monday! Sorry I am late posting this! Here at Mom Home Guide, I am enjoying a nice long weekend with my husband and kids! (So I got a little distracted!) I hope everyone had a happy Valentine’s Day! My kids and hubby treated me to some sweet Valentine’s Day gifts, including these flowers and candy! My husband also cooked up a huge meal of Korean food — you can see the packages of seaweed packets in the background of the below photo!

Earlier this week I shared my recipe for grilled cheese with pepper jack cheese and basil! My kids and love grilled cheese and eat it often — it’s super easy to make grilled cheese in my sandwich press! I plan to share more recipes here at Mom Home Guide — I got a new macro lens and can finally get good photos of the recipes that I cook!
