Welcome to our DIY/Craft Link Up Party! The party is held every Sunday at 8 p.m. Central, 9 p.m. Eastern time. Be sure to stop here each Sunday for the fun!
This week’s feature is the Summer Console Table by Carrie of Curly Crafty Mom. Carrie is one of the co-hosts of the Creative Corner Link Up Party. I have always loved her console table, and I think her summer console table — with its letter board and burlap topiaries — is especially pretty!
Weekly Recap
This past weekend my husband and I hosted a birthday party for our twin 14-year-old daughters. They had a blast! Part of the preparation for the party included prepping our downstairs bathroom for our party guests. I updated the decor for the bathroom — and added a beautiful new cabinet — by shopping at Target! I love my home’s “new” bathroom
Also past week, two of my blogging friends and I all shared tutorials for simple, but beautiful summer wreaths. I shared my tutorial for a fun and colorful felt wreath. I made this wreath a while ago, and it still remains my favorite!
Also this week, I tried out my new Barbecue Spatula with Bottle Opener from Cave Tools. I’ve been into grilling for my family lately. I like the long handle on this stainless steel spatula, and especially it’s extra thickness and sturdiness! It was a huge help when I grilled up some pepper jack cheese burgers Friday night. There is even a bottle opener should I treat myself to a beverage while grilling!
I love that after I made dinner, I could just toss the Barbecue Spatula from Cave Tools into the dishwasher so I could spend the rest of the night with my family.
If you would like your own spatula from Cave Tools, you can use the coupon code SPATULA15 to get 15% off your purchase!
Now it’s time for the party!

Thanks SO much for featuring my console table! You are too sweet! That spatula looks really nice… my husband couldn’t find his old one the other night. What are in the foil packets? That pepper jack cheese looks especially yummy, never added that kind of cheese to burgers!

Hi, Carrie! In the foil are baked potatoes with butter and sea salt!
