I got a late start on implementing the essential dieting guidelines I’ve learned in his book, but I am happy to report that I have already lost some weight!

The book is packed with delicious and easy to prepare recipes. I love that this diet makes it easier for me by providing simple but delicious recipes (with beautiful photos) that I can create on my own! Recipes I especially like from the book are Thai Coconut Shrimp Soup, and Chili Loaded Baked Potato. I am looking forward to trying out more of the recipes in the book – they all look so good!
The Always Eat After 7 diet has distinct three parts: The 14-day acceleration phase to help you start dropping those pounds, the Main Phase, where you are taught what to eat and how to achieve your goals, and the Lifestyle Phase, where you are shown how to keep the weight off.
A big plus is that this diet suits my lifestyle. As one who doesn’t often eat breakfast and prefers dinner, the Always After 7 PM diet is a good fit for me. I especially like dinner, as it’s a meal I can enjoy with my family.
