Always Eat After 7 PM

My weight has been on an upward creep for a few years now. It’s gotten to a point that I really want and need to do something about it! The problem is that I have never been good at dieting. I am also eager to focus on eating better for me foods. What I like is that that the science says it’s good (not bad) to skip breakfast and that eating carbs and later in the evening aren’t hurtful things! As someone who tends to start the day later and stay up longer, I have a feeling that the dieting plan outlined in this book will be a good fit for me!
