This cheesecake, with its spice cake layer and maple icing, would be a wonderful dessert to serve as Thanksgiving.

Last week was a busy week! First, I got together with some blogging friends of mine to share some Thanksgiving side dishes. I shared a super easy recipe for buttery parsley red bliss potatoes.
I also shared some ideas for simple Thanksgiving table decor, including crafting napkin rings from Thanksgiving and fall themed bangle bracelets. These bracelets also make great gifts for guests.

Oh MY! I think i just died and went to cheesecake heaven! This cake looks sooooooooo incredibly yummy! Probably doesn’t help that I am on a diet to loose my post-baby fat right now! But I am saving this recipe and I’m going to make it when I reach my goal as I reckon it will be the perfect reward! Yummmmmm!
