I have always loved orange juice—I’ve been told that as a toddler, I wasn’t happy until I had my orange juice in the morning! For most of my life, I’ve settled for store-bought juice. But no more: With my new AMZCHEF self-feeding cold-press juicer, I can have fresh-squeezed orange juice anytime! I can also use my new AMZCHEF cold-press juicer to make healthy veggie juices like carrot, kale or cucumber—I can even use it to make a homemade sangria punch—AMZCHEF has many fun juicing recipes on their website that I can follow!
Cold-pressed juice is an easy, nutrient-packed way to enjoy the natural vitamins and minerals in fruits and vegetables; you can even cold-press nuts like almonds or oats to create a dairy-free milk—I’d like to try that so I can enjoy fresh oat milk for my homemade espresso!
Easy to Use Cold-Press AMZCHEF Juicer

Once I got my juicer out of the box, I hand-washed and dried everything but the sleek stainless-steel base before trying it out—the juicer comes with a handy brush for scrubbing all of its parts.
The juicer was surprisingly simple to put together—there are only three pieces to fit together in all, and doing so was really quite self explanatory. When assembling the juicer, it’s important to keep the lid open and then slide the chute into it’s locked position; otherwise, the juicer’s mechanism won’t allow it to run.
In about 5 minutes, I had the juicer up and running. The machine has four suction cups on its base to keep it i securely n place on your countertop while it’s running.
The machine has a narrow profile, so it doesn’t take up a lot of countertop space, which I appreciate!
To make my first batch of fresh-squeezed juice, I simply placed 5 peeled, whole tangerines into the roomy juicing chute—the chute could have easily handled 5 more tangerines! (Tangerines are sweeter than oranges so I often use those instead for my “orange juice.”)
I then plugged the juicer into a nearby electrical outlet and placed the juice cup and the one for the pulp underneath the appropriate chutes and switched the machine on. The spiral auger easily juiced my tangerines—the pulp spilled out of the machine into the pulp cup. The juicer was fairly quiet, too! I then lifted the flap at the front of the juicer to allow the juice to easily flow into the juicing cup. Thanks to the juicer’s triple strainers, the juice that was produced was remarkably free of pulp.
The only flaw of sorts I’ve noticed is that occasionally, a piece of orange might get stuck either beneath the augur or on top of it and doesn’t get juiced. When that happens, I switch the machine off and use the included plastic pusher tool, or sometimes, a chopstick, to dislodge it.

How to Clean the AMZCHEF Cold-Press Juicer
To disassemble the juicer for cleaning, first release and remove its washable parts. Simply open the lid to the juicing chute before separating the three components. The parts are a cinch to clean in warm, soapy water with the included brush; I then just placed them on a clean dish towel to air dry on my kitchen counter so they’ll be ready for my next batch of fresh juice!
I am looking forward to making all kinds of juices with my new AMZCHEF cold-press juicer—I might make a strawberry lemonade next!
