Thanks to the recent snow storm, my area got at least 4 to 6 inches of snow last night. The kids are having a great time!
We live on a cul-de-sac, so the snow plows just plow all the snow into a big mound in the middle of the street, which all the kids love to sled on!
We had a great day on the cul-de-sac this morning, as all the kids and parents got together to enjoy the snow. The dads on the block created a snow run that ran from the top of the snow mound into the middle of the cul-de-sac so that all the kids on the block could enjoy some sledding. I love our neighbors!
There were at least 9 kids sledding on my cul-de-sac’s huge mound of snow while the moms talked and the dads constantly worked to re-engineer the mound’s sledding run. I couldn’t ask for better neighbors!
I have to say that I am glad that we got so much snow last night, so the kids could finally have some winter fun this year.
