If you read my blog, you know that I have an adorable little Shih Tzu named Mochi! He is my buddy! I just got him a haircut, and he is looking super dapper!

I love how clean he is now! The groomer even brushed his teeth! But anyone who has a dog knows they can be messy! For instance, when he goes on walks, he loves when we go to this one wooded area with a stream and gets into everything! Sometimes I have to brush dirt and leaves off him, which can get my hands quite messy. So I’m glad I have NOWATA—I bring a tube of it on our walks. My kids are about to graduate from college next month, but this plant-based soap would have been super useful when they were little! (You can see Mochi just before his haircut below.) BTW, you can see Mochi before his haircut in the photos below.

I love that NOWATA, which is real soap, doesn’t need water to work! I just squirt some on, rub my hands together, and it removes dirt, tree sap, and harmful microbes—you can see some of the flakes in the below photo. NOWATA will especially be helpful for me to use when I am around my husband because it’s unscented and he simply cannot stand the strong smell of scented hand sanitizers, so this is a great alternative!

I also don’t have to worry about the soap as I rub its flakes off—its biodegradable and eco-friendly, so it’s safe for the environment. I tried it out recently when I was repotting one of my snake plants—my hands got quite dirty!
It also moisturizes, which is great for my dry hands! It will help make my walks with my pup much more pleasant!

Patio Prep for Spring
Talking about the outdoors, it has been a windy and cool spring in NJ! I recently got a new hammock (a gift from my husband and kids!) and have been waiting to use it—but I have been keeping the hammock itself indoors lately because of recent rain and the crazy wind! I am really looking forward to using it—I even made a pretty and waterproof hammock pad for it with fabric from Fabric Wholesale Direct™. (If you can tell, I am really protective of my new hanmock.)

I even added some royal blue fringe from Fabric Wholesale Direct™ to my DIY hammock pad. I love how it looks!

I also just purchased a hammock cover for it; I am waiting for it to arrive; I was lucky enough to use a 30% coupon for it! If the wind dies down (it’s windy outside as I write this), I might consider leaving my hammock outside for a while—then, I’ll definitely get more use out of it!
Moisturizing Under-Eye Patches—and Giveaway!

I recently discovered Terez & Honor’s moisturizing under-eye patches and I adore them! I have very sensitive skin. So until recently, my only beauty routine had been using Dove Sensitive soap and water and L’Oreal Paris Revitalift Triple Power Anti-Aging Face Moisturizer; I was hesitant to use anything else because I often react to beauty products (and lots of other things…). But I have been using the Terez & Honor’s Caffeine & Hyaluronic Acid under-eye patches, and they have been great!

They moisturize my skin, reduce fine lines and even lighten my under-eye circles. I sometimes use them on my forehead, too, to help diminish its lines. I have decided to give away a container of 30 pairs of them to my readers to celebrate and share the love! Enter my Rafflecopter Giveaway for your chance to win; I will be sending a month’s supply of them to one lucky winner! Good luck!
