It’s that time of year already — time to start thinking of pumpkins and other fall decor. I’m working on some fun fall home decor projects for this autumn, but in the meantime, I thought I’d share some fall home decor items that I crafted in past years! I always enjoy decorating my home for autumn.
DIY Fall Wooden Sign
I made this autumn wooden sign last fall. It’s actually the first sign that I’ve made for my home. It was quite simple to make, but it’s one of my favorite home decor items — I actually keep this item out all year. Check my Holiday Craftacular: DIY Thanksgiving Wooden Sign post for the tutorial and full details.
Fall Grapevine Wreath
I love this wreath, but it wasn’t very hard to put together — I simply wrapped a dollar store grapevine wreath with some chevron burlap ribbon to create a quick and pretty fall wreath.
Quick & Easy Fall Pillow Craft
I put this fall felt pillow together in minutes. I literally stitched it by hand, and added faux fall leaves, a burlap accent and some buttons. I really like how this fall pillow turned out!
Pool Noodle Fall Wreath
When fall sets in, don’t put those summer pool noodles away! Pool noodles can be used to craft beautiful fall wreaths. I used a pool noodle to make a beautiful fall wreath for my home’s front door last fall. I got the pool noodle, and the orange ribbon and bow, at my local dollar store.
Free Fall Printable
For the past two falls, I’ve been displaying a fun free fall printable in my home that I made. The printable includes visuals of some of my favorite things about autumn — pumpkins, apples, hayrides, and special times with family and friends.
Happy crafting! Do you plan to craft any fall home decor for your home this season? Please share in the comments.
