Happy New Year, everyone! To kick off 2024, my Taste Creations blogging friends and I are sharing our favorite recipes from 2023. I am sharing three very different recipes that were big favorites with my family this past year—a quick and easy ramen recipe, one for fresh berry and yogurt popsicles, and a delicious buttercream recipe.
Berry and Yogurt Popsicles
Last summer I got some fun and easy-to-use Silicone Popsicle Molds from Amazon. (Now that I have a beautiful and really convenient NewAir freezer in my kitchen, I have plenty of space to store delicious frozen treats!) My favorite popsicles are yogurt and berry popsicles—I used to like having one for breakfast even! Making the popsicles couldn’t be simpler—I just filled the molds with vanilla yogurt and berries and then froze them. Yum!
Gluten-Free Ramen Recipe
My vegetarian and gluten-free ramen recipe is for a quick bowl of soup for one—if you’d like to serve it for your family, you can double, triple, or quadruple the recipe. It’s made with veggie broth and is flavored with gluten-free soy sauce and some sesame oil. It features gluten-free rice noodles (these can be found in most supermarkets these days), a boiled egg, snow peas, spinach leaves, and some mushrooms. It’s quite delicious and can be made in minutes!
Coffee Buttercream Icing Recipe
My family loves the taste of coffee and buttercream, so this coffee buttercream icing recipe that I got from Frosting & Fettuccine is perfect! It is a cinch to make and make even a boxed cake mix taste amazing! (I topped a boxed mix with this icing for my husband’s birthday last year, and my family loved it!)

We love coffee buttercream; especially on a chocolate cake! Yum. We’ve made coffee frozen yogurt pos before too and they’re pretty delicious as well.
