My New Easy to Assemble Raised Garden
This post was sponsored by Keter®, which provided me with a raised garden bed kit to review. This post contains Amazon affiliate links. If you click on an Amazon link, it costs you nothing, but may earn me a small commission that helps me to fund this blog. Thanks! Hi, everyone! I'm here to share about something that has helped me achieve one of my gardening goals! I have long wanted to add flowers to a garden bed area that's on one side of my home's driveway. The soil there is very hard and tough to work with. Nothing seems to grow there -- all the plants the builder planted there died, Continue reading...
DIY Chalkboard Home Sweet Home Sign
This post was sponsored in part by Stencil Revolution, which provided me with the stencil for this project. This post contains Amazon affiliate links. Hi, everyone! Today I'm sharing a quick DIY chalkboard sign that I put together Monday. I was able to put this sign together in less than 20 minutes! All I needed for my sign was a hanging chalkboard, some lliquid chalk markers and a fun stencil. What I love about my sign is that because I used liquid chalk markers to create my sign, I can easily wash the message off my sign and create a new one whenever I want! If you follow my blog, you Continue reading...

Planning a Kitchen Remodel
If you've been following this blog, you probably know that I've taken steps to update the look of my home's kitchen. I've repainted most of the oak cabinets white. (I just have a few more to paint.) I've purchased some new cabinet hardware to install. I've made small changes like organizing drawers and installing inexpensive tile under the kitchen sink. I'd love to change out the flooring and the counter, too. A good blogging friend of mine is doing a complete kitchen remodel -- I have to admit I'm a bit jealous! If you are considering a DIY kitchen remodel or if you are thinking of having Continue reading...

This shop has been compensated by Collective Bias, Inc. and its advertiser. All opinions are mine alone. #GladeFineFragranceMist #CollectiveBias My living room is the first space guests see when entering my home. I like to have it at its best at all times. I recently decided to give my living room an inexpensive update for the new year. I’ve found several simple ways to freshen up the space without spending a lot of money. One way I create a new look is by updating the throw pillows on the sofa. I regularly sew easy budget envelope pillow covers for my sofa’s pillows. These throw Continue reading...
Hall Framed Canvas Gallery Wall
Thanks to Photowall.com and VELCRO® Brand HANGables™ for sponsoring this post. I received free product in exchange for my honest review. If you've visited this blog before, you might know that my family has adopted a puppy! Our pup, whom we've named Mochi, is an adorable approximately 4-month-old male Shih Tzu. He has become part of the family! I've been wanting to create a family gallery wall for some time now. I thought that now that there is a new family member in our house, now would be a good time to start that gallery wall. I decided a good space for the gallery wall was Continue reading...

Easy Attic Flooring with Attic Dek

If you click on an Amazon link and make a purchase, it doesn't cost you anything, but I earn a small commission that helps me to run this blog. Thanks! Ever since my husband and I moved into our new home about 15 years ago, I've wanted to put flooring in our home's attic.
