I can't believe that the new school year is almost here! In my daughters' school district, school starts in about two and a half weeks! So, to get my kids ready for school, I made custom fabric covered bulletin boards for them! I found a fun and easy way to put the bulletin boards together -- I simply cut the fabric to fit the cork part of inexpensive bulletin boards, and pinned the fabric onto the board with decorative silver tacks! The BACK TO SCHOOL countdown has begun! In my kids' school district, the new school year is only about three weeks away! Backyard Bridal Shower
My sister got married this month! Last month, I threw her a bridal shower at my home. The shower was way bigger than what I originally planned on throwing, with more than 40 guests. My home is not that large, so I was lucky that the weather was good. In fact, the weather was PERFECT! It was slightly cloudy outside and in the 70s, even though it was June. Many of the guests remarked how much they loved the backyard and the weather. How to Prepare for Bunion Surgery
*This post contains Amazon affiliate links. Two weeks ago I had bunion surgery. It's a surgery I knew I would need and have been dreading for years! I've had a bunion since I was about 10 years old, and this spring, my bunion had gotten to the point where it was causing me nightly pain. Plus, my big toe was starting to cross over my second toe.
