Henna Tattoo Girls Night Out
Follow my blog with Bloglovin I am not a fan of tattoos of the permanent variety, but recently, two girlfriends of mine and our daughters got together for a mini henna party! It was my first henna / mendhi tattoo, and because the all-natural henna paste only leaves a design that lasts on the skin for less than two weeks, I was willing to try it. My friend Sejal, who applied my mendhi tattoo, learned her craft in India from a sister and is quite good at it! Today I will be sharing an easy dreamcatcher wall hanging that I made for the hall bathroom reveal that I shared last week. The day before my hall bathroom reveal post was going live, I decided that the room needed another piece of wall art. I was inspired by the cute pom-pom strewn "dreamcatchers" by Maggie Holmes Design. The style of this dreamcatcher is really simple to make. It doesn't feature the weaving Continue reading...

Summer is all about traveling to new places and spending time with friends. So today, I am hopping over to Curly Crafty Mom, which is my blogging friend, Carrie's blog! Today I am sharing all about a simple kind of meal that I like to prepare for my family in the summer. Picnic Dinners! Picnic dinners or meals require very little fuss, no cooking, and are a lot of fun. Picnic dinners are the most enjoyable outside, but you could even spread a blanket indoors and watch a movie on the DVR during your picnic. Check out my post on Carrie's blog (Curly Crafty Mom) for a list of Continue reading...
